Dear Parent/Carer,
Please find attached a letter to all parents outlining some very important information about the DETECT Schools Study that our school will soon take part in, which is being conducted in partnership with the Departments of Health and Education and the Telethon Kids Institute.
Also attached to this notice is an information sheet that explains the third project of the COVID-19 research project in schools – the Wellbeing Survey.
It is very important that you complete the online consent form to tell us whether you want your child(ren) to participate in all, some or none of the projects within the study. Participation is voluntary and requires your consent.
The online consent form also asks whether you would like to participate in the parent wellbeing survey part of the study.
