βš–οΈ Year 7 Students Step Into the Courtroom!

Our Year 7 students recently visited the Francis Burt Law Education Centre for an exciting hands-on learning experience.

Students took part in a mock trial in the historic Old Court House, where they had the opportunity to experience the roles of lawyers, witnesses and magistrates while learning how the justice system works.

The visit also included observing real court proceedings at the Magistrates Court, giving students a valuable insight into how the legal system operates in everyday life. πŸ‘©β€βš–οΈ

A fantastic opportunity to bring classroom learning to life and inspire our future legal minds!

Wanjoo!

We acknowledge and respect the Noongar Whadjuk people, the traditional custodians of the boodja (land) on which we work and live.
We recognise their continuing connection to the boodja and bilya (rivers), and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
