Students recently spent the day at North Metro TAFE (Northbridge) experiencing hand-on activities related to a variety of careers in the area of Art + Design. The 14 year 9 students participated in two sessions that focussed on Interior Design (creating a mood board) and Graphic Printmaking (business and postcard printing). They also toured the Jewellery workshop and the Fashion Design rooms. The Career Taster program is designed to showcase viable and diverse career pathways and future job opportunities.
