As part of Health and Physical Education Week, Miss Perret and Mr Salmon’s Year 12 Health Studies students ran stalls at the annual Health Expo and represented the college with pride.
The theme was “Inclusion, action, choice”, which motivated students to tackle important health concerns and issues such as:
• Youth suicide
• Intergenerational trauma as a result of the Stolen Generation
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Arthritis
• Alcohol abuse
• Diet and nutrition
• Physical activity
• Mindfulness
• Vaping/smoking
• Power of relationships
