Belmont City College Wins Champion School at Chemistry Titration Stakes!

Year 12 Chemistry student teams from Belmont City College competed at the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI) Titration Competition, hosted by Curtin University yesterday evening, against teams from public and private schools throughout Western Australia.

Belmont City College students Aira, Andika and Thu excelled in the competition, gaining first place, with Belmont City College being awarded the Champion School trophy. A 16th place position was also gained by a second Belmont City College team of students Aash, Olivia and Manuela.

The students have worked tirelessly alongside teachers Mr Hosany, Mr Hearn and Mr Bromley, balancing competition practice with ATAR studies, to achieve this exceptional result.
