COVID-19 Parent Information Update 13

Dear Parent/Carer,

As previously communicated via Connect, next week (Monday 6th April – Thursday 9th April) is a non-teaching week in all Western Australian government schools. Students who present at school next week will be supervised, however no teaching of curriculum will occur.

During this time, teachers will be focusing on developing curriculum for online delivery, commencing on Tuesday 28th April, for all students. Students who are currently at home will not be required to complete any work until the commencement of Term 2 on Tuesday 28th April. The only exception to this is that all Year 11 and 12 ATAR students will continue with their remote learning programs next week under the direction of their classroom teacher.

An Online Curriculum Delivery plan is currently being developed by the College and will be distributed to all parents at the beginning of next week. This plan will include learning priorities for each year group as well as student, teacher and parent expectations.
